Reduce chemical use, sludge volume, and overall disposal costs
Mine helps you minimise chemical use by optimising the PE dosage in relation to the treated sludge load and is proven to achieve up to 10% reduction in PE dosing ratios. Mine can also increase the dry solids contents in the sludge cake to up to 25%, reducing the volume of sludge for disposal. This improvement in sludge dewatering and reduced chemical use can lead to significant cost reductions.
Ease the pressure on your sludge line
Every wastewater treatment plant is under pressure to process more wastewater, more efficiently, while increasing effluent quality. However, sludge lines feel the brunt of these growing demands, as they often deal with huge volumes of sludge, while getting less attention and resources than other parts of the wastewater treatment process.
Aquasuite Mine helps alleviate this pressure by optimising sludge transport and treatment operations.
Reliable automated sludge treatment and operation
Your virtual operator for sludge, Mine’s transport module monitors and predicts sludge production to automatically optimise the internal and external sludge logistics. And its treatment module continuously optimises sludge dewatering by adjusting centrifuge settings and polymer dosing based on the quality of the centrate produced.
Setpoints are automatically created based on self-adapting predictive controls – ensuring the highest reliability with low operational effort. Taken together, all this means Mine helps you unearth opportunities to minimise costs, improve efficiency, and deliver higher centrate quality.
Aquasuite Mine contains a lot of knowledge. We cannot carry out the control 24/7, which Mine does.
