Understanding your real estate for better decisions
The public sector is broad, ranging from police and justice to government and cultural institutions, embassies and defence. The changing needs of society and work processes mean that the demands on these buildings also change. As a result, further development of property portfolios is required. In addition to portfolio-level analyses, explorations at building level are important – particularly where existing property is concerned. Decisions on subsequent investments in existing or new buildings need to be properly substantiated: in terms of content and finance among other things. We can provide you with an insight into the state of your property and the opportunities and risks through feasibility studies and impact analyses, so that you can choose the right direction for subsequent portfolio investments.
