Haskoning appoints Niels Bogman as Director Business Unit Multinationals
Niels Bogman brings a diverse background across industry and consultancy to his new role, supporting Haskoning’s ambition to grow by delivering integrated, value-driven solutions for multinational clients.
Haskoning has appointed Niels Bogman as Director Business Unit Multinationals, effective 1 January 2026, strengthening its leadership team as the business unit continues to support clients across sectors and geographies.
With a career spanning industry, consultancy and entrepreneurship, Bogman brings a strong track record in delivering results and leading complex stakeholder environments.
He started his career at Heineken, working on global capital investment projects and supply chain challenges, before moving into consultancy and engineering roles, including Associate Director at Valstar Simonis (now part of Sweco). He later worked independently in supply chain management and consultancy, before joining Haskoning in 2022.
Most recently, Bogman served as Director Project Management & Consultancy within Haskoning’s Buildings business unit in the Netherlands, where he led seven teams delivering project management for major multidisciplinary programmes.

Niels Bogman commenced his appointment on 1 January 2026. He succeeds René de Roos, who will take up the role of Haskoning’s Global Director Mobility & Infrastructure as of 1 January 2026.
