Haskoning and Fast Hazard sign MoU to advance global climate resilience

Haskoning and Fast Hazard have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly advance climate resilience solutions worldwide. The collaboration brings together Haskoning’s global expertise in flood risk and climate hazard assessments with Fast Hazard’s innovative flood modelling technology with global coverage, FastFlood. 

The partnership will focus on delivering projects, scaling the FastFlood software internationally, and co-developing new services such as early warning systems (EWS). By combining consultancy expertise with digital innovation, both organisations aim to strengthen their impact in addressing the growing challenges of climate change and flooding.

With a strong track record in water and climate resilience projects across the globe, Haskoning will work alongside Fast Hazard to integrate advanced modelling capabilities into practical, real-world applications. FastFlood enables superfast detailed and scalable flood simulations, supporting better-informed decision-making, the engineering of nature based solutions to mitigate floods and more effective risk management. 

Together, the organisations will explore opportunities for joint business development and product innovation, creating solutions that bridge the gap between analysis and implementation.
