What you will do as Senior Recruitment Specialist
- Partner with sector directors and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
- Develop creative sourcing campaigns together with our global recruitment marketing team.
- Conduct interviews, assessments and selection processes to identify the best talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on competitive attraction and retention strategies.
- Support managers with talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.

As our new Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will become part of our Makati Office team, supporting the business across the Philippines. You will also be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, based at our headquarters in the Netherlands. You will work closely with recruiters across the APAC region and our wider global recruitment community, while taking ownership of recruitment activities for the Philippines.
Our Philippine office consists of colleagues based in Makati and across project locations. We work on a diverse portfolio of projects in climate resilience, maritime infrastructure and renewable energy. Our clients range from government organisations and development institutions to private sector developers. Through these projects, we contribute to sustainable growth and positive societal impact throughout the Philippines and the wider APAC region.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an international engineering, consultancy or professional services environment.
- Proven experience sourcing engineering and/or consultancy talent.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine labour market and recruitment practices.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and external suppliers.
- Strong track record in delivering recruitment results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with campus recruitment and/or early careers hiring.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino.
