Senior Project Manager (Government Relationship)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong government relations and stakeholder engagement experience to support business growth and project delivery across Indonesia.

You will build and maintain trusted relationships with government institutions, state-owned enterprises and key stakeholders while providing strategic advice on policy, regulatory developments and institutional engagement. Working closely with leadership and project teams, you will help identify opportunities, manage risks and strengthen Haskoning's presence in the Indonesian market.

What will you do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, SOEs and industry stakeholders.
• Support project development, business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor policy and regulatory developments affecting infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Advise project teams and management on stakeholder engagement and government processes.
• Represent Haskoning in meetings, forums and industry events.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure all engagements are conducted with integrity and in compliance with company policies.

Where you will work

You’ll be based at our South Jakarta office, collaborating with local and international teams. Occasional travel within Indonesia may be required.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, government relations, public affairs or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong network and understanding of Indonesian government institutions and regulatory processes.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering or consulting projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
