What will you do

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and contract management activities for large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quantity verification and measurement.
  • Certification of contractor bills.
  • BOQ reviews and rate analysis.
  • Variation and change control management.
  • Cost monitoring and reporting.
  • Preparation of estimates and forecasts.
  • Quantity reconciliation.
  • Support contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management of infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project commercial management.

You’ll usually speak with different colleagues than in the first interview, giving you a broad impression of your potential new work environment. Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete an assessment. Sometimes, a third interview is also part of the process.
