Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead complex, high-value Industrial projects? Join our Industry and Buildings team in Vietnam and play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across the APAC region, working alongside top-tier engineering professionals in a genuinely international environment.

What will you do as a Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle Industry and Buildings projects in Vietnam and the broader APAC region. You will work closely with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment on project goals and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout.
  • Oversee financial performance including budget control, variation orders, and invoicing to achieve target margins.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines, subcontractors, and our global team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

As our new Project Manager, you will become part of the Industry and Buildings team in Vietnam.

What you bring

You are a confident, client-focused professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You thrive in technical environments, manage stakeholders with clarity and diplomacy, and know how to keep complex, multidisciplinary projects moving forward.

  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction or design sector.
  • Proven track record on international projects, with solid cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Experience in the data center, airport, or industrial sector, either on the contractor, client, or consultant side.
  • Background as a Design Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager on large-scale projects.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
