What will you do

Prepare and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) including baseline, look-ahead, and recovery plans.

Conduct progress monitoring and track deviations against planned milestones and targets.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and client review. Perform critical path analysis and delay identification, suggest corrective actions.

Monitor cost, productivity, and resource utilisation; prepare S-curves, dashboards, and performance reports.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for project data collection and reporting.

Support risk analysis, mitigation planning, and change management.

aintain PMIS/database records and ensure timely documentation and reporting accuacy.

What you bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Engineering or related field e.g, construction management with experience in analysis of “ delay claim”and creating claim schedules.  

• Minimum 15 years of progressive programme or project experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure programmes/projects

• Experience with schedule software e.g. Primavera P6

• Familiar with web-based tools

• Experience with scheduling software e.g, Primavera P6.

• Familiar with web-based tools

• Experience with project management documentation standards for schedules.

• Experience in development of used web-based tools and programme management dashboard

• Should have worked in a similar capacity for at least 1 large-scale infrastructure prgramme/project within the last 5 years
