To support our growing project portfolio, we are looking for a Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team and gain hands-on experience in procurement, tendering, supplier engagement, and project support within an international consulting environment.

What will you do

As a Procurement Intern, you will learn and support the Procurement team in day-to-day tendering activities while developing your professional knowledge and practical experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in preparing tender documents for projects.
  • Supporting the collection, review, and organization of supplier quotations and contractor proposals.
  • Supporting the preparation of procurement plans, comparison sheets, and procurement reports.
  • Assisting in monitoring procurement schedules and tender submission timelines.
  • Assisting the team in market and contractor research.
  • Participating in procurement process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

As our new Procurement Intern, you will become part of the Procurement team in Vietnam, supporting multidisciplinary projects and working alongside experienced procurement professionals, engineers, project managers, and consultants.

What you bring

This internship is suitable for you if you are eager to learn, organized, detail-oriented, and interested in procurement, supply chain, tendering, or project management.

Key requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Strong interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI generative, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

In the follow-up interview, we’ll dive deeper into you and the position. You’ll usually speak with different colleagues than in the first interview, giving you a broad impression of your potential new work environment. Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete an assessment. Sometimes, a third interview is also part of the process.
