MEP Modeller (MCF/ Data Centres)

Are you passionate about precision and innovation in technical modelling? Join our dynamic MCF / Data Centres team as an MEP Modeller, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of mission-critical facilities.

You will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems, supporting the design and coordination of complex data centre projects. Your expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit will be essential in delivering high-quality, clash-free models that meet international standards.

What you will do

• Assist the engineer to prepare the design documents in AutoCAD and/or in Revit
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical (HVAC, and Firefighting system, and Plumbing systems) or Electrical system based on engineering specifications, sketches, etc.
• Comply with QMS requirements
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and regulations in all drawings and models
• Assist the engineer in achieving a high quality of design
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
• Other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
• Timely report to the Leader/ Direct supervisor.

What you bring

• Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field such as Mechanical Drafting, Electrical Drafting, Industrial Drawing, or a related MEP discipline.
• Has 1–2 years of hands-on experience working as a Revit modeller, ideally within MEP.
• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in an international team environment.
• Is ambitious, curious, and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
• Has a genuine passion for design software like AutoCAD and Revit and enjoys solving technical challenges.
• Strives for excellence and takes pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work.
