Project Execution (EPCM)

  • Support Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management phases as required.
  • Coordinate HVAC scope with other MEP disciplines (electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, and technical data sheets.
  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and commissioning support activities.
  • Assist in preparation of technical bid evaluations and vendor comparisons.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare design basis reports, calculation packages, and technical narratives.
  • Maintain project documentation and drawing registers in accordance with project standards.
  • Support production of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation for HVAC works.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary design reviews and respond to RFIs (Request for Information).

Quality & Standards Compliance

  • Ensure designs comply with applicable international and local codes: ASHRAE, SMACNA, QCVN, TCVN, and client standards.
  • Participate in internal design reviews and quality checks.
  • Identify and flag design clashes and technical risks proactively.
