Medior Architect

Join Haskoning Vietnam as a Medior Architect and help bring our mission, "Enhancing Society Together", to life. As part of our experienced Architecture team, you will contribute to meaningful projects that create lasting value for communities, collaborating across all stages of design and project delivery to shape a more sustainable and resilient built environment.

What will you do

• Work collaboratively with a team of architects in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project.
• Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff.
• Lead small projects and liaise with the Client under supervision of HoD and/or senior architect.
• Improve architectural library (ie. materials & suppliers, and regulations).
• Pro-actively sharing information, for clarification and instruction, with material suppliers.
• Assemble architectural drawing sets in REVIT in coordination with other disciplines including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, enlarged drawings, details, etc.
• Apply office-wide standards to drafting assignments.
• Ensure output meets the required quality expectations and agree upon deadlines.
• Organize a training session on new software that is proficient for architectural work.

What you bring

• Professional degree in Architecture with 3-7 years’ relevant working experience post-graduation.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Fluency in English.
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Good visualization and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable to set-up a detail independently.
• Experienced with latest building technology & materials, construction techniques, and related engineering principles.
• Proficient in software packages in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp, and MS Office. Experience with Grasshopper is a plus.
• Good understanding of local and/or international regulations / standards.
• Confident working on complex, large scale projects in an international organization.
