Junior Hydrological - Hydraulic Modeler

Are you skilled in hydrological and hydraulic calculations? Do you have experience developing and validating hydrological and hydraulic models? Can you work with GIS data, maps, and AutoCAD drawings?

What will you do

• Carry out the hydrological – hydraulic calculation for the river catchments, river network, drainage network, flood plain.
• Develop, calibrate, validate and simulation of hydrological – hydraulic models.
• Write reports for the hydrological – hydraulic calculation.
• Work with GIS data, maps and AutoCad drawings.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil engineering or a related field required. Higher degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency with some of hydrological – hydraulic models such as: MIKE models (NAM, MIKE 11 / MIKE Hydro River / MIKE21 / MIKE Urban / MIKE Flood / MIKE Plus), SWAT model, HEC-HSM, HEC-RAS, SOBEK, SWMM, etc.
• Experience with GIS desktop software, AutoCad.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages is preferred.
• Good verbal and communication English.
