Junior BIM Modeller

We are looking for a motivated Junior BIM Modeler to join our growing Maritime team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about BIM, digital design, and multidisciplinary engineering projects.

As part of our Maritime team, you will support the delivery of a wide range of port, terminal, coastal, and marine infrastructure projects across Vietnam, Asia-Pacific, and internationally. Working alongside experienced engineers, planners, and designers, you will contribute to the development of BIM models and technical deliverables that support projects from concept and planning through detailed design.

What will you do

• Develop and update BIM models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, sections, details, schedules, and project documentation.
• Support model coordination activities and participate in clash detection reviews. Follow project BIM standards, templates, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers across multiple disciplines.
• Incorporate design updates and revisions into BIM models.
• Assist in extracting quantities and project information from BIM models.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital delivery processes.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills. We provide English training and support to help you further develop your language proficiency in a professional working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
