What will you do

• Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project.
• Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff.
• Assemble architectural drawing sets in REVIT in coordination with other disciplines including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, enlarged drawings, details, etc.
• Apply office-wide standards to drafting assignments.
• Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed deadlines.
• Improve architectural library (ie. materials & suppliers, and regulations).
• Together with the other architects, organize training sessions of new standards which are proficient in architectural work.
• Pro-actively sharing of information, demanding for clarification and instructions.

What you bring

• Professional degree in Architecture with 0-3 years relevant working experience post-graduation.
• Fluency in English.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Good visualization and presentation skills.
• Experience with detailing, building technology, construction techniques, related engineering principles, and sustainability strategies.
• Proficient in software packages in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp, and MS Office. Experience with Grasshopper is a plus.
• Good understanding of local and/or international regulations / standards.
• Confident working on complex, large scale projects in an international organization.
