
What will you do
- Develop and implement the Project Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Plan in coordination with contractors.
- Admit and report all HSE-related matters to onsite HSE Manager/ Country HSE manager/ Construction Manager, and advise project management on compliance.
- Implement, and manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system on-site.
- Review Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments submitted by contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with local HSE regulations, labor laws, and corporate HSE standards.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and drive continuous improvements.
- Coordinate and conduct regular HSE compliance audits and site inspections of construction operations.
- Liaise with Clients and local authorities regarding HSE requirements and regulations.
- Engage, coach, and mentor contractors and site leaders to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Prepare and facilitate safety meetings, safety induction training, toolbox talks, and promotional HSE campaigns.

As our new HSE Supervisor, you will join the Construction Management team in Vietnam and play a key role on our project site in Hung Yen.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the construction field.
- Proficient knowledge in developing and implementing Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems.
- Proven experience in establishing HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong expertise in conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and contractors’ management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, HSE reporting software, etc.).
