What will you do

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the DAG's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, escalations, and confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure effective schedule management.

Meeting & Communication Management

  • Organize leadership, management, and staff meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, distribute documents, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Facilitate communication between the DAG and key stakeholders.
  • Draft announcements, presentations, reports, and staff communications.

Business & Operational Support

  • Support preparation of business reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Coordinate approvals, document workflows, budget tracking, and expense claims.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and organizational documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of key actions.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, IT, Business Development, project teams, and clients.
  • Support onboarding, client visits, workshops, leadership events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track strategic initiatives, follow up on action plans, and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for management reviews, leadership meetings, and business updates.

What you bring

 

  • Candidate completed graduate degree.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) for reporting, presentations, and communication.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on action items.

First interview

Follow-up

In the follow-up interview, we’ll dive deeper into you and the position. You’ll usually speak with different colleagues than in the first interview, giving you a broad impression of your potential new work environment. Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete an assessment. Sometimes, a third interview is also part of the process.

Are we both enthusiastic? Then we’ll finalise your contract and warmly welcome you. You’ll soon receive information about your first working day. During your onboarding period, you’ll be assigned a buddy who will help you find your way within our organisation.
