Are you passionate about working with data, discovering hidden patterns, identifying risks before they happen, and helping organizations make better decisions through facts rather than assumptions?
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to help drive data-informed decision making across engineering, consultancy, construction, and cost management disciplines.
You will play a key role in transforming fragmented information into trusted insights by standardizing, connecting, and analyzing data from multiple sources. Your work will help project teams and business leaders gain clearer visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, challenging assumptions with evidence, and turning data into business value, this role is for you.
Join us and help build a culture where engineering expertise is strengthened by trusted data and informed decision making
What will you do
As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will:
- Collect, consolidate, and standardize data from multiple project and business systems.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical tools that support project delivery and business performance.
- Establish data standards, governance practices, and quality controls to improve data reliability and consistency.
- Analyze engineering, construction, commercial, cost, and resource data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, project managers, and business leaders to translate business needs into practical data solutions.
- Develop performance indicators and analytical insights that support proactive and informed decision making.
- Promote a data-driven culture by improving data accessibility, transparency, and usability across the organization.
