Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Expert to oversee construction supervision and project execution activities for the Orvakal Industrial Area Project. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and compliance with project requirements.

What will you do

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise construction activities.
  • Review construction methodologies and work programmes.
  • Coordinate interfaces between contractors and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and identify schedule risks.
  • Support resolution of construction and site-related issues.
  • Monitor adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and recommendations to improve project delivery.

What you bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and project/construction management of large infrastructure or industrial development projects.
  • Strong understanding of site execution, project controls, and contract administration.
