Our internships
We have great internship opportunities for students who are eager to learn. We offer you a chance to gain work experience in an international organisation where your personal development is our top priority. You can complete an internship assignment in one of our departments or research a current issue within our organisation as a part of your graduation assignment. You will find yourself in a dynamic and safe work environment where you will have the opportunity to check out multiple departments and get in touch with various experts and specialists. Have you finished studying and are you looking for a traineeship or entry-level position? We have plenty of opportunities for you where you can put your knowledge into practice. You will work on a variety of projects that have a positive impact on people, our living environment, and the economy. You will have access to various training materials and courses, so you will always stay up to date with the latest knowledge in your field. And with a development plan, tailored to your needs and wishes, you have plenty of growth opportunities, horizontally and vertically. Sound amazing, right?
Young Professional Programme
For everyone with maximum one year work experience, we have a challenging Young Professional Programme. In this two-year program you will not only discover your strengths, but also things you find difficult. And the best thing is that you have an influence on the content and the assignments of the programme, so you are responsible for your own learning process! You can expect three building blocks of three days where you will develop your hard and soft skills. You will spend the time of these building blocks at the office, The Ardennes, or another location. But the programme does not stop there, in between these blocks, you choose your own individual route. Do you want to follow a specific training course, or do you prefer personal guidance by a coach? The choice is yours!
Young Haskoning
As a young professional, trainee, or graduate, you are automatically affiliated with our network platform Young Haskoning. Young organises inspiring events, workshops, excursion, and other gatherings to improve your network and stimulate your personal development. In this way you get to know colleagues from all different disciplines, inside and outside your country. Our biggest event of the year is the International Cross Selling Day. On this day we gather with over 250 colleagues from all over the world to share knowledge and experience and of course to meet each other and have some fun!
