A flawless execution of the project, that is your responsibility. You will direct the project activities, monitor the budgets, the deadlines and of course the quality of the work. And you ensure adequate risk management, so you can adjust the project plan when needed. But your responsibility does not stop at managing the process, there is also a large social aspect. Optimising the motivation and the performance of the team, providing feedback, and improving the individual capabilities are all part of managing a project.
