Taking care of your future

The pension scheme is managed by the government’s Social Insurance Agency (SIA) and adheres to the relevant laws and regulations. Companies support this program by signing labour contracts with employees, if applicable. As a result, employees can receive both a pension salary from the SIA and a salary paid by the company.
