Every project is different. You could be involved in designing a new terminal, improving airport operations, developing sustainability strategies, enhancing passenger experience or helping an airport prepare for future growth. All our projects are international in nature and often involve multidisciplinary teams working across different countries and cultures. You can read more about our projects on our NACO website.
No. While you'll have a home base within NACO, you'll often collaborate with specialists from across Haskoning. Depending on the project, you may work with experts in sustainability, mobility, climate resilience, engineering, architecture, data and digital solutions. This multidisciplinary approach is one of the strengths of working at NACO.
Yes. NACO is an international team with colleagues from many different nationalities. Because we work on projects around the world, English is commonly used in our day-to-day work and collaboration.
NACO's main office is located in Delft, the Netherlands. From there, our teams work on projects across the globe. Depending on your role and projects, you may also collaborate with colleagues and clients in other countries or work occasionally on-site with clients.
We believe that working together in person helps us learn, innovate and stay connected as a team. That's why many colleagues enjoy spending time together in the office. At the same time, we offer flexibility and hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to combine office and remote work where appropriate.
