With more than 30 years in Latin America and over 17 years in Peru specifically, we have played a key role in major projects in the country and beyond, particularly in the port and maritime sectors. Our teams have provided consultancy, design and supervision of the expansions of Port of Callao’s North and South terminals and more recently we have taken on several major water resilience projects in the country.

The new office will act as a hub for Haskoning’s activities across Latin America – from Mexico to Columbia, Panama to Brazil – where we can foster innovation, collaboration and connection with key clients and partners. Boasting state-of-the-art facilities, including flexible workspaces, and modern meeting rooms – we have an environment where our 40-strong Peru team can thrive and deliver exceptional value.

A firm step into the future: official inauguration with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Alexander Kofman, and Leonardo Tello del Pino, Director Advisory Group at AG LATAM.

The opening of the office was attended by the Dutch Ambassador to Peru, as well as key clients and a local priest who blessed the new premises – an act in keeping with Peruvian tradition.

Speaking about the new office, Leonardo Tello, Director of Haskoning Latin America Advisory Group, said: "I’m proud to be leading the team into this new office and new chapter. It isn’t just about a physical upgrade; it signifies a strategic evolution for Haskoning in Latin America. It's a testament to our belief in putting our people first, providing them with an environment where they can truly innovate and collaborate to serve our customers”.

“And from this central hub, we're not only strengthening our presence in Peru, building on our long history in the port sector and now expanding into vital areas like water resilience, but we're also driving projects across ten different countries in the region – leveraging our expertise to enhance society together”.

“Whether it's designing expansions for key port clients in Mexico, understanding the impact of climate change on the Panama Canal, or tackling critical water challenges in the north of Peru. Our new office gives us the capacity to continue fostering strong partnerships, and ultimately, delivering even greater value to our clients throughout Latin America."
