What will you do
- Develop, calibrate, and validate 1D and 2D hydraulic and flood models using HEC‑RAS and MIKE tools.
- Perform flood risk assessments, floodplain mapping, and scenario analysis for riverine and urban flood systems.
- Analyze and process hydrological and hydraulic datasets including rainfall, discharge, water levels, DEMs, and cross‑section data.
- Integrate GIS and remote sensing data into modelling workflows
- Support feasibility studies, detailed design, flood mitigation, and climate resilience projects.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and model outputs for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and stakeholder workshops.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including hydrologists, GIS specialists, and climate experts.
- Guide and review work of junior modellers when required.
- Undertake domestic and international travel for field surveys, data collection, and project support.

What you bring
M.Tech Water Resource Engineering/Hydrology or Equivalent.
Minimum 5 Years of experience
