What will you do

As intern, work student or graduate intern at NACO, you will have the opportunity to work in either our Airport Asset Design civil engineering team or our Airport Strategy & Planning team. You can specialize in one of our many fields of expertise, including:

You will interact with a diverse team of experts, ranging from airport designers, engineers, and architects, urban planners, analysts, to specialist consultants in sustainable aviation, airport digitalization, and airport customer experience.

Application

Are you excited about the vacancy? Then, apply via the application form on our website. Our recruiter will give you feedback you as soon as possible. There may be some additional questions before you hear whether you’ll be invited for an initial interview.

First interview

During the first interview, we’d love to get to know you. Preferably, this takes place at our office, but online is also possible. We’re curious about your experience, motivation, and personality. Of course, we’ll also tell you more about our organisation and the role you’re applying for.

Follow-up

In the follow-up interview, we’ll dive deeper into you and the position. You’ll usually speak with different colleagues than in the first interview, giving you a broad impression of your potential new work environment. Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete an assessment. Sometimes, a third interview is also part of the process.

Welcome!

Are we both enthusiastic? Then we’ll finalise your contract and warmly welcome you. You’ll soon receive information about your first working day. During your onboarding period, you’ll be assigned a buddy who will help you find your way within our organisation.
