What will you do

The Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Section Head Engineer leads all technical review, multidisciplinary coordination, execution, commissioning, environmental compliance, and team leadership activities for mechanical and electrical engineering across infrastructure, utility, water, maritime, and industrial projects.

• Lead end‑to‑end mechanical and electrical design, engineering, and documentation for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage vendors, technical reviews, and ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise on‑site execution, testing, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning of all E&M systems.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination and resolve technical issues across design and construction phases.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure high‑quality deliverables aligned with project and sustainability goals.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years’ experience in M&E design, construction, and commissioning for infrastructure, utilities, water, or industrial projects.
• Strong familiarity with utility systems, pumping stations, rotary equipment, treatment plants, and HV/MV/LV electrical networks.
