Summary

  • Duration: 4-6 months, possible extension.
  • Hours: ~3 days/week

 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Training Content Developer to work alongside the Training Lead on the rapid development and design of training resources for a multi-country Oracle Fusion implementation, building on an existing curriculum.  We are looking for someone with a strong background in content creation and documentation, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and efficient delivery.   

This role is essential for: 

  1. ensuring that high-quality, user-friendly training content is produced to facilitate the adoption and long-term success of Oracle Fusion in the organization and  
  1. supporting the workplace trainers in delivering training.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Training Lead and subject matter experts to produce high-quality training materials including user guides, job aids, e-learning content, oracle guided learning (OGL) and presentations for instructor led training (train-the-trainer)  
  • Translate new business process flows and Oracle Fusion functionalities into clear, concise, and visually engaging training content, that appeals to diverse audiences and is considerate of neurodiversity, different cultural backgrounds and varying levels of English language ability.   
  • Support the creation of role-based training paths and learning journeys. 
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (process, system, change and communication) to gather accurate and relevant information that enables workplace trainers to facilitate the training to the best of their abilities   
  • Ensure consistency, formatting, and branding across all training materials.  
  • Maintain version control and documentation standards for all training assets. 
  • Adapt training materials in line with learner feedback as needed or depending on country requirements.  
  • Input into the training schedule, logistics, and communications. 
  • Assist in uploading and managing content in company Learning Management System (LMS) - Cornerstone  

Qualifications

  • High level Proficiency in English   
  • 5+ years of experience in content development, documentation, and training material creation.  
  • High level Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools (MUST HAVES: PowerPoint, Word, Canva).  
  • Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with attention to detail.  
  • Ability to visualize and communicate complex processes clearly to different types of audiences (different backgrounds, different maturity levels and seniority, different change impact, different cultural backgrounds, different neurodivergent backgrounds)   

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably experience in working with Cornerstone. 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. 
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple content development tasks concurrently.  
  • Experience working in large-scale IT transformation or ERP implementation projects as training content developer.  
  • Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate
