The CSA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works at the project site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

What will you do

  • Supervise daily CSA activities, including civil works, structural, and architectural finishes.
  • Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) to prevent conflicts and delays.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Indonesian regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction/project site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and construction methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a recognized Engineering Certification is an advantage.
